Welcome to the TC License Store website and online shop, where transcosmos inc. sells CASIO Computers PC software and application digital licenses (PC software / application licenses) through https://tc-licensestore.com/ under an official license granted by Casio Computer Co., Ltd. (“TC License Store”, “we” or “us”). 

The notices, terms, and conditions set out in these Terms of Service (this “Agreement”) govern your use of this website and related services, applications, content, and products (collectively, the “Site”). Accessing, browsing, creating an account, placing orders, activating or using digital licenses, or otherwise using the Site constitutes your agreement to comply with and be bound by all terms and conditions in this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site. 

TC License Store reserves the right to change the Site and this Agreement at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

Use of the Site 

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or, if you are between 13 and 17, that you are visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Subject to this Agreement, TC License Store grants you a limited, revocable, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to access and use the Site on your internet‑enabled device solely for the purpose of: 

Any breach of this Agreement will result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this section, without notice to you. 

Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement or required by applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse‑engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit the Site or any portion of it without TC License Store’s prior written consent. You may not make any commercial use of information provided on the Site, or use the Site for the benefit of another business, unless explicitly permitted by TC License Store in advance. 

TC License Store reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including if TC License Store believes that customer conduct violates applicable laws or this Agreement, or is detrimental to TC License Store’s interests. 

You shall not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Site any content or material that: 

(a) infringes any copyright, patent, trade mark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any person; 
(b) is incomplete, false, inaccurate, or not your own; 
(c) is defamatory, obscene, indecent, threatening, harassing, illegal, or otherwise objectionable; 
(d) violates export control laws or economic sanctions; or 
(e) contains viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code, or attempts to interfere with the Site or TC License Store’s networks. 

TC License Store may assign you a password and account identification to enable access to certain portions of the Site. Each time you use a password or identification, you will be deemed authorised to access and use the Site in a manner consistent with this Agreement, and TC License Store has no obligation to investigate the authorisation or source of such access. 

You are solely responsible for all access to and use of the Site by anyone using your password and account identification, whether or not such access is authorised by you, including all communications, transactions, and obligations incurred through such access. You must keep your account credentials secure and notify TC License Store immediately of any unauthorised use or other breach or threatened breach of security. 

TC License Store reserves the right to discontinue or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, if (i) TC License Store reasonably determines that you have violated this Agreement, or (ii) TC License Store reasonably deems such a measure necessary for security or legal compliance reasons. 

Digital Products and Licenses 

The Site offers digital license codes and similar digital products for use with CASIO PC software and applications (collectively, “Digital Products”). 

Unless otherwise stated: 

Your use of any CASIO software or service associated with a Digital Product may be subject to additional terms and conditions (including end‑user license agreements, privacy notices, and usage guidelines) made available by Casio Computer Co., Ltd. or its affiliates. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and such Software License Agreement regarding the use of the software, the Software License Agreement will prevail for software usage. 

You are responsible for: 

Purchases on the Site 

By submitting an order for Digital Products or services on the Site, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and accepted this Agreement and agree to pay all applicable fees. 

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order and providing an order reference number and, where applicable, license information. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Digital Products and/or services. All orders are subject to acceptance by TC License Store, which is at TC License Store’s sole discretion. 

If TC License Store declines your order, TC License Store will inform you by email as soon as reasonably practicable and, in any event, within 7 days from the date you submitted the order. You acknowledge that by purchasing Digital Products or services, you enter into an obligation to pay for such products and/or services. 

If your order is accepted, TC License Store will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email indicating that the Digital Product(s) or service(s) have been made available to you (for example by delivery of a license code or activation link) (the “Order Notification”). The contract between you and TC License Store in relation to the Digital Products or services ordered (the “Contract”) is formed when the Order Notification is sent. The Contract relates only to the Digital Products and services confirmed in the Order Notification.

When using certain payment methods, the payment may be processed in a currency different from that of your financial institution. Your payment provider may apply its own foreign exchange rate and additional charges, which are outside TC License Store’s control and are non‑refundable by TC License Store. 

Billing 

Charges for your purchases will appear on your billing statement under the merchant name “TC License Store”. By accepting this Agreement, you agree to recognise this merchant name as a valid charge corresponding to your purchase.
